All our jewellery is handcrafted. Each piece is unique, so slight variations in color, design, or size may occur. We try our best to display product images as accurately as possible.

2. Pricing
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final price will be shown at checkout.

3. Orders
Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or shipping restrictions.

4. Payments
We accept secure online payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We usually deliver within 4–8 working days. In case of delays due to unforeseen reasons, we will inform you as soon as possible.

6. Exchange Policy
Exchange is available within 3 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. We do not offer refunds or returns.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on Samriddhis.in, including product photos, logos, text, and designs, is the property of Samriddhi’s and is protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. User Conduct
Misuse of the website, submitting false information, or attempting to harm other users or the platform is strictly prohibited.
