Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment. Since each jewellery piece is handcrafted with love, we take time to ensure quality.

2. Delivery Time:

• Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days (depending on location)
• We deliver all over India.
• During festivals or public holidays, delivery might take a little longer.

3. Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• ₹50 shipping fee on orders below ₹499

4. Tracking Details:
Once your order is shipped, the tracking details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.

5. Delivery Partners:
We use trusted courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, etc. to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Address Accuracy:
Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are entered correctly while placing the order. If a delivery fails due to wrong information, the customer will be charged for reshipping.
