EXECHANG POLICY

Exchange Policy

At Samriddhi's, we value your satisfaction and want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple exchange policy.

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

• You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
• Exchange is only available for size issues, wrong product received, or damaged item.

2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange:

• Customized or made-to-order jewellery
• Items that are used, broken by the customer, or without original packaging

3. Exchange Process:

• Email us at support@sonirawat69680@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for exchange, and a clear photo of the item.
• Once approved, you will need to ship the item back to us at your own cost.
• After we receive and inspect the product, we will delivered your exchanged item within 3-5 working days.

4. Important Notes:

• Exchange is allowed only once per order.
• We currently do not offer returns or refunds—only exchanges.
• Samriddhi's reserves the right to reject exchanges that do not meet our policy.
