1. How do I place an order?
Select your desired product, click on “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout. Fill in your name, address, contact number, and payment details to complete your order.

2. What payment options are available?
We accept secure online payments through:
– UPI
– Debit/Credit Cards
– Net Banking
(Cash on Delivery is currently not available.)

3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location.

4. Can I exchange a product?
Yes, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in original packaging. (Customized items are not eligible for exchange.)

5. Do you offer returns or refunds?
Currently, we do not offer returns or refunds. We only provide product exchange.

6. Is your jewellery waterproof?
Our jewellery is handmade. Please keep it away from water, perfumes, and chemicals to maintain its shine and durability.

7. Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! If you’d like a custom design, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your requirements.

8. Can I make changes after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can make changes. Please contact us immediately after placing the order.
